“From what I've gathered, this all-suite hotel offers a practical base for exploring Brighton, particularly for longer stays with the advantage of in-room kitchenettes. The complimentary breakfast and on-site fitness center add value, while its proximity to the train station and nearby attractions is a definite plus. It seems like a solid choice, especially if you appreciate having a bit more space and self-catering options.”

useful laundry extensive breakfast functional kitchenette parking charge poor attitude wrong car park
the kitchenette included a dishwasher i did not use it. the continental breakfast included egg sausage hashbrowns and beans. the laundry facilities were very useful for washing clothes.
the receptionist guided me to the wrong car park. i received a double charge for parking and the receptionist did not apologize. her attitude was dismissive when i mentioned this issue.

the air conditioning unit made a bit of noise, it made it a little difficult to sleep at times. i wish there were opening windows instead.

just okay, i guess
unstable shower temperature constant outside noise
The location was pretty central. I walked everywhere.
The shower temperature was bipolar, switching between hot and cold, it was quite unpleasant. also, the noise from outside was constant. Sirens and street chatter came through the walls. to top it off, the promised free breakfast was consistently overcrowded, leading to long waits and a mediocre selection.

useful kitchen helpful staff
The room had useful kitchen facilities. I especially liked the excellent shower. Staff were cute and helpful . The breakfast included multiple options, so i found several tasty foods.
The noise insulation in my room was not ideal. I could hear sounds, like doors slamming, fairly easily. This impacted my sleep at times.
